Lisa has over 15 years of experience working in mental health and is particularly passionate about women's issues. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Lisa is a cognitive behavioral therapist. CBT is used to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety by focusing on challenging and changing cognitive distortions and their associated behaviors to improve emotional regulation and develop personal coping strategies that target solving current problems. Lisa's approach is problem focused and action oriented. She provides therapy for clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, stress, trauma, and parenting related issues.

Aimee has been working in mental health for over 15 years and has experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She works with adolescents and adults to help them take control of their lives and move toward the life they want. She takes a client-centered approach and meets you where you’re at right now. She addresses various issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, and parenting related problems. Her goal is to provide a supportive, accepting environment to work through life's stressors and make long lasting changes.

Heidi has 15 years of experiencing working with a wide variety of clients from diverse backgrounds with varying presenting problems. She treats teenagers, adults, couples, and families in both English or Spanish. She is Person-Centered, focusing on building a therapeutic relationship by being warm, genuine, and understanding. She treats many issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship and family concerns among others. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which is a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for borderline personality disorder and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy as a treatment for Post Traumatic Stress. Through her education and experience, she hopes to come alongside her clients and move them forward into living their best lives.

New to private practice, Kyle has worked previously within local emergency and inpatient services, providing care, support, and brief therapy for those in need. Kyle is humanistically trained with a focus on CBT, DBT, and existential modalities. Kyle believes that therapists “must strive to create a new therapy for each patient” and uses this philosophy to create a program that works for the individual. Kyle has a special interest in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, men's health, sexuality, and gender concerns.
